Depending on the geographical distance, our team reaches customers within 24 hours in Turkey and promptly abroad.
Upon arrival at the site, our service team conducts necessary testing, providing a preliminary diagnosis. If the issue can be resolved on-site, immediate action is taken. In cases where on-site resolution is not feasible, and with the customer’s approval, the product is directed to be transferred to our factory. Repairs covered under guarantee are promptly executed for swift resolution.
