Laboratory Accreditation
In our factory, testing services are provided both for our own productions and for the productions coming from outside.
Complaint Handling Process
a) STS Laboratory after receiving a complaint; confirms whether the complaint is related to the laboratory activities within our responsibility, if yes, deals with the complaint.
b) Complaints from customers or other related parties are documented by filling out the Non- Conformance Business Form (LAB.FR-006). STS Laboratory, throughout the complaints handling process, responsible for the decisions.
c)When it is considered that the complaint originates from the laboratory;
Within the scope of improper test work, by informing the customer, work stop process starts.
Considered as an opportunity for improvement.
d)The STS Laboratory that received the complaint is responsible for gathering and verifying all the information required to validate the complaint.
e)In every possible situation, STS Laboratory declares accepting the complaint and presents the progress reports and the result to the complainant.
f)The results to be reported to the complainant are prepared, reviewed and approved by the person(s) not involved in the laboratory activities subject to the complaint.
g)STS laboratory informs the complainant with a written information when the evaluation process is over.
