This decision was driven by forecasts indicating future sales growth. The new, state-of-the-art production facility at Makina OSB, Kocaeli, has proven to be responsive to market demands, ensuring swift production and timely deliveries.

The production process is organized into segmented lines for different product groups, allowing comprehensive oversight and responsibility for all manufacturing stages in one location. This approach ensures a streamlined, "finished in flow" production, maintaining control within each respective segment until dispatch. This investment has significantly reduced delivery times, leading to increased productivity while maintaining consistently high quality.

In June 2017, Sönmez Trafo commenced the production of special transformers and reactors as part of its ongoing commitment to innovation and meeting evolving market demands.
